Skills/Abilities:

· Proficient experience spanning 13-15 years in Oracle ERP, minimum 7 + years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite in a Global Manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency in Implementation/ Support experience with a detailed understanding of Oracle Applications Manufacturing modules in Release 12
· Experience expertise in WIP, BOM, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, Advanced Product Catalogue (APC), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Costing, Planning (MRP), e-Kanban, PJM.
· Validated history of successful Implementations and problem-solving skills
· Strong analytical skills to articulate Business scenarios to Oracle EBS functionalities.
· Solid experience in Functional requirement Specification creation to design custom solutions.
· Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering.
· Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
· Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
· Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Ability to multi-task and context-switch between different activities and teams.
