Responsibilities :

Role:
Actively seeking skilled and motivated Relationship Managers to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with financial intermediaries, including Mutual Funds Distributors, Wealth Managers, Regional Distributors, National Distributors, and Banks. Your primary objective is to secure empanelment and approval of our products within their systems, thereby increasing sales through their channels or sales teams. We invite candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, as well as graduates, MBAs, and CFPs who are eager to excel in the field of wealth creation.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain robust rapport with Mutual Funds Distributors (MFDs), Wealth Managers, Regional Distributors (RDs), National Distributors (NDs), and Banks to enhance the sales of our products, initially focusing on Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
• Initiate the due diligence process with RDs, NDs, Wealth Managers, and Banks to facilitate product approval.
• Engage with intermediaries and their teams effectively, aiming for the approval of our products within their systems.
• Provide support and assistance to our partners to maximize sales and market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal functions, including Operations, Fund Management, Risk, Compliance, etc., to ensure the seamless operation of our business.
• Maintain meticulous contact management, prioritize distributor satisfaction, and enhance the visibility of our company and products.
• Gather and analyze relevant market intelligence concerning competing products and pricing.
• Efficiently manage brokerage relationships and communicate effectively with channel partners.
• Deliver comprehensive after-sales services to partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Concentrate on the development of new markets and expansion opportunities.

Qualification

Background in Graduate Studies, MBA, or CFP certification is advantageous.

Skills/Abilities:

Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
