Regional Customer Success Manager (GCP Sales)- SMB

Responsibilities :

Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.

Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.

Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer experience to Google’s advertisers.

Coach peers in the organization to create skill lift that drives customer growth and contributes to overall team success.

Generate business plans by collaborating with specialists, Engineers, and Product teams and defining business goals, key strategies, and success metrics.

Experience selling GCP offering- Compute, Storage, Database, SecOps (Mandiant, Chronicle SIEM & SOAR, Beyond Corp).


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.


Experience of 4-8 years

GCP Certified

Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.

Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and demonstrated ability to achieve goals to drive growth.

Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, product knowledge across all digital advertising product areas, and experience with thought leadership within the digital marketing space.

Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs.

Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Experience selling GCP offering- Compute, Storage, Database, SecOps (Mandiant, Chronicle SIEM & SOAR, Beyond Corp).
Preference with GCP certifications.

Public cloud background – AWS, Azure and GCP.
