Regional Customer Success Manager (GCP Sales)- Public Sector

Responsibilities :

– Build an executive relationship with public sector customers. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.

– Negotiate and manage the entire cycle, often presenting to C-level executives in public sector customers.

– Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners in order to optimize business results in territory and open up opportunities with large public sector customers.

– Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy and engaged landscape.

– Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

– People must engage with sales team of Google. and public sector customers, evaluate partners, bring in opportunities and customers.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Skills/Abilities:

– 4-7 years of experience in SaaS/Cloud Computing Sales focusing on government clients.

– Experience selling GCP offering- Compute, Storage, Database, SecOps (Mandiant, Chronicle SIEM & SOAR, Beyond Corp).

– Experience promoting technology products to the Government customers.

– Public cloud background – AWS, Azure and GCP.

– As a Field Sales Representative, you will be working with our Govt. accounts within Google Public Sector. You will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner to understand their issues and goals. You will promote the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.
