Job Description :
At Artiscien, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a Technical Team Lead to help us review code, low-level and high-design the software based on business requirements, and help the team solve their technical problem. Technical Team Lead is also required to spend time coding.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with business analysts, product owners and the DevOps team to understand business requirements and translate them into high-level and low-level design.
Perform code review and make sure teams follow good coding practices. If needed give training to the team.
Should be able to create design documents like sequence diagrams, swagger files, information models, state diagrams, ER diagrams etc.
Should be able to write frotend and backend code.
Qualification
Skills/Abilities:
Total 6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience as team lead.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science.
Candidate must have excellent knowledge of OOPS concepts, Solid Principles and Design Patterns.
Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Typescript and Java.
Candidate must have excellent knowledge working on the React, NextJS and Spring Framework.
Candidate should have good knowledge of communication protocols like HTTP, REST and asynchronous communication protocols like pub-sub.
Candidate must know GIT and Scrum.
