Job Description :

The Company is a B2B outsourcing & recruitment platform that helps you hire vetted freelancers, agencies, contract resources & full-time employees for business, design, IT and marketing services

Responsibilities :

Generate leads through various channels and develop a robust pipeline.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT outsourcing and staffing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets of $100K.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills/Abilities:

• Proven track record of 3-5 years in IT sales, preferably in outsourcing and staffing services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
