Assistant Manager (CA)

Job Description :

The Company is India’s first 100% customized In-store Solutions Company that enables manufacturers of consumer packaged goods to gain insight on every conceivable store related issue that affects their product execution and sales. With a footprint in top 35 towns and cities of India, Retail Scan already covers more than 50,000 stores a month across distribution channels.

Responsibilities :

• Follow up with client’s for payout processing.
• Preparing the MIS Reports for payout projects
• Overview of correctness of Posting of all payment, GST and TDS working and entries (JV & Bank)
• Track all return filed cases through GSTR 2A and finalise ITC amount
• Responsible for filing GST and TDS returns
• Responsible to present SOW in Reviw Meet
• Coordinating with external auditors for various MIS
• Responsible for Banking activities
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Invoicing and Billing as well as managing the payables and receivables.

Qualification

Preferred CA (Fresher)

Skills/Abilities:

Advance Excel, Pivot table, VLOOKUP
• Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant/Tax Analyst but not necessary.
• Knowledge of SAP, GST, Direct Taxation & Indirect Taxation.
• Familiarity with (TDS/Income Tax/accounting software packages.
• Computer literacy (Advance Excel in particular)
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
