OVERVIEW
As Alliances / Key Account Manager we are looking for a dynamic and aspirational sales professional who are adept at building relationships and experience in driving sales in Govt vertical. This is an individual contributor role You will enjoy a competitive base salary with a generous commission while representing the fastest growing system integration services organization that is helping customers to solve business problems and faster time to markets with innovative solutions The ideal candidate should be a tenacious, result-oriented with a strong industry connect, territory experience, consultative sales approach, passionate about the industry and a team player

Responsibilities :

Primary responsibilities Strategic :
• Should be excellent in developing, nurturing and maintaining relationship and understanding the entire value chain of the customer
• Should understand the process of sales in this domain
• Should demonstrate experience of success in accounts like HAL, ISRO, DRDO, educations research institutions
• Should be result oriented and passion to grow and excel in career.
• Consultative selling experience : good understanding of IT Infrastructure, ability to understand customers’ objective and work collaboratively with existing teams to deliver outcomes
• Expand relationships with existing customers by cross-selling / up-selling solutions that drive outcomes
• Should have strong inter-personal and negotiation skills
• Play an integral role in acquiring new logos and turn into long-lasting relationship with effective account management and value selling
• Should have referenceable customer connections that can stand as a testament to your selection
• Should have great networking skills, strong presentation skills and ability to articulate well.
• Should possess strong relationship with technology vendors and ecosystem partners

Financial
• Understand cashflow and profitability
• Good knowledge in Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Should be prepared to deliver on the gross margins set for the period

Key Characteristics •
3 – 4 years sound experience in handling accounts mentioned above
• 3 – 5 years of Experience in key account management and consultative selling
• Self-Starter, highly motivated and respected in the ecosystem
• Independent, goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• A disciplined individual and team player

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, HR or related field

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible and related experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent development
