– Maintaining open and transparent communication with stakeholders.
– Regularly updating them on project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
– Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
– Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure deliverables meet established criteria.
– Must be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
– Knowledge of project metrics, which includes metrics such as milestones achieved, tasks completed, and overall project completion percentage provides insights into the project’s pace and efficiency.
– Proven experience in delivering the projects on time.
– Understanding the diverse communication styles of team members and stakeholders. and adapting the communication approach to ensure that information is conveyed in a way that is easily understood by everyone involved.
– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Proactively address issues to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
– Generate regular project status reports and documentation.
– Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and milestones.
– Regularly review and report on project performance to management and other stakeholders.
– Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and seek assistance to come up with a resolution.
– Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
– Capability to think strategically and align projects with organizational goals.

Engineering Graduate
PMI-ACP Certified is a plus
4+ years’ experience managing software projects, ideally in an Agile environment.
– Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Project Management tools, and JIRA Gantt Chart, Scrum JIR
– Having experience in conducting daily standups.
– Having strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
